Need help with bezel ring and glass fitting

Hello, I recently bought a Cryos cooling bezel and it did not come with glass or a ring. I got a steel ring and glass from Lumens Factory, but neither came with an o ring for fitting. I took apart another bezel and pirated the o ring, but it's still not fitting properly. Can someone please help educate me about this?

It's a fairly thick oring. Order of installation into the head is oring, lens, bezel.
