need help with my Maelstrom S12 charger

I bought a Maelstrom S12 and the battery and the charger but every time I try to recharg the battery the led on the charger turns red for a second then back to green it does this with every battery I have tired some 18650s that I know are not full charged and it still does the same thing thanks for any help
