Need help with Thrunite V6 not charging

Hi there.

After a few weeks with no use, my Thrunite V6 stopped working. The battery was dead (cheked it with a multimeter), so I replaced it with a new keeppower 26650, but the flashlight won't turn on. Also, when connected, it doesn't charge the batteries (and the charging light doesn't turn on). I suspect some kind of issue with the battery contacts or something similar.
I'm not an expert in electronics, but If anybody has any clue on what to do to try fixing it, I would appreciate it a lot, I miss my thrower!

I know this is old but I'll try anyways I have a Thrunite T3 same issue I went to plug it in one day to charge it and I saw a quick blue flash on the button but it no longer charges the flashlight.

I did they dont make this one before but offered a replacement.. It has some type of parasitic battery drain for sure.. I just tried to use it after charging the battery in a external charger and it's dead.
