Need help!

I have a question. I recently got a used Wee and am not sure if this is Ti or Ns. Can you tell by the weight? The reason why i'm asking this is because this one has been moded so the overall weight of this particular peice can not tell much about it.

I can not tell by color, either... because it a used one and it looks about in between in color.
The seller told me it is Wee Ti, but when I measured the weight, it was about 17~18g including battery which is way too heavy for Ti even though it was moded. The moder says he bored the integrated reflecter and installed a rebel and a rebel reflecter for more throw.

I weighed the tailcap part only without any attachment but the two trits, and it was about 4g. The tailcap is the only part that's not moded. So... do you think this is Wee Ti or ...?

My Wee Ti with battery, 2 Trits, and swivel weighs 13.3g.
My Wee NS with battery, 2 Trits, and swivel weighs 20.4g.

Can you weigh the tailcap only? That's the only way for me to tell the Id of my Wee.
