Need modding help...

I just bought a couple of these http://http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.3607 and was wondering how difficult it would be to mode them up to a Q5 and different board.

I've never modded a light before, so I don't even know where to begin. Any links would be appreciated.
