Need recommendations for 1x AAA LED lights

I would like some recommendations for good single AAA LED flash lights. I need a few around the house because they're compact, lightweight, and I have a load of NiMH AAA rechargeables. These should be waterproof. lovecpf

How much are you willing to spend? What feature do you want besides waterproof? The usual suspects are:

ITP A3 $22 shipped
Preon 1 $37
Fenix ld01 $40

Others include the IlluminaTi and Eagletach PN20a.

For a low power long lasting torch, there is the Fenix E01 for about $13.

EO1 is a fantastic light. If you like Titanium, the Sapphire is my favorite. Been on my keys since new, I lost count of how many times it has been dropped... still looks great. Beautiful, floody beam, plenty of light in the dark, built to last forever.

Don't forget the Maratac AAA. Basically the same light as the ITP A3 in a different body. Also available in SS and Copper.

And if you want the best for yourself get a LiteFlux LF2XT.

+1 for the Liteflux LF2XT. I am so loving this sleek little AAA light. A little expensive at $62 shipped for the neutral white one with Alu body but so worth every penny, imo.

But it looks like they are all gone now, afaict, and who knows if/when or whether LF will make any more.

Nextorch K1,nicer beam than the EO1 and a tasty price in the US,ideal if you need a few as they are a simple one mode twisty.(Evening use EDC)

If you need a better light a big + on my ITP A3.(Daytime use EDC)

For an around the house light in AAA, value wise, the Maratac/ITP is hard to beat.

I would say the itp a3

now if you want tactical on instead of a twisty I would say the Akoray K-102 I think or the Streamlight Microstream or the Led Lenser P3.

I own all three and they are all great lights. Highly recommend them.

Just keep in mind the maratac and the itp a3 have a noticeable amount of pwm (somewhere around 200 Hz). If this isn't something that bothers you, than they both come highly recommended in this forum.
