Need some help with batteries.

I just ordered a fenix P3D from fenix store.
It seems people has quite different views about what kind of batteries would be better for this model.
I am a newbie here, could you guys give some advice for battery and charger.
Any links that I can buy those things directly will be extremly helpful.

As for cells, I'm not sure, as I don't actually own any of the new Fenix lights, so I can't help you there.
