Man, another winner run4jc! Nice job again on that light Travis. I have a question. Have you ever tried to mod a Muyshondt Aeon? Would this light make a good host?

I've not tried it yet, but I'd be willing to try. It seems like it might be a better candidate for a High-CRI SSC than an XP-G though.
Not sure about the Aeon yet since I don't really want to add another battery size to the collection but I do have a bead on a cheap Nitecore EZ123. ?
HMMM? Well for some reason I am really unhappy with my Quark mini 123 as a backup and small carry light. I love the LED and the beam but I hate the twist and loosen UI and sloppy threads so I'm looking for a small and simple 2 mode light. Maybe you'd like to give that one a try with the high CRI SSC? Let me know what you think?
If you can find one, you might consider the Nitecore SmartPD EX10 R2...great little light with an electronic 'piston drive'...

You could try the Nautilus if you'd like to stay with 123 batteries.
I usually don't work with Nitecores as they tend to die in the mail, and the post office won't honor their insurance if they don't see visual damage. Since I don't like disappointing so many people by returning their lights, I stopped working with them for the most part. (though I would be willing to replace fried drivers, the cost would be pretty high)
I saw a Natural HA Nautilus on Batteryspace.
I like the Ra and Novatac lights quite a bit myself after modding so many of them. They're some pretty sturdy lights 😀
I gave mine to my daughter....😱 but you can easily see what I use now...
