Great looking light Rob, I am new to this sort of thing, but to me this looks spot on, really looking forward to this being made availible for sale.

Rob, will the LE be easily changable like the Ns and Wee?

I'm still not a fan of that relector though. Even though it may produce a good beam, I cannot help but associate it with plastic torches from Poundland. It looks out of place on a quality flashlight like this. Can the same effect be achieved with a smooth or textured reflector?

Machine shop busy with end of month ATM. Should be some progress during the beginning of March.

I got to play with the prototype last night at the UK London CPF meet.

It's really cool, every bit as good as it looks, and the dimming is nice and smooth.

We had all sorts of lights out on the table, big, very big, std, modded, antique. But everyone wanted to have a play with the prototype.

Cheers for driving all the way to London Rob.

I think he said somewhere earlier that this was not the reflector he would be using -- just something (plastic) he had laying around that happened to be the right size.

Correct. The Fraen reflector will not be used beyond this proto. We will machine out own reflector from SS.

:twothumbs Mark.

Looks great, Rob. Have to add another lummi to the collection! This may even see more use than the raw!

+1 on aluminum, this light's primary attraction is it's headband-ability, and light-weight is #1 for that use!

I'm not trying to be pushy, just excited. Any updates?

Raw SS just gone on @ machine shop for another batch. Still hoping for production process this month. :twothumbs
