Amazon has a number of 365nm filtered UV lights in the $20-$40 range that will do the job. The absolute cheapest real 365nm light would be the handheld fluorescent type that uses a 4 watt BLB tube. I've seen those for under $15 at wally world and other places. They don't have as much throw or battery life as the LED versions though.
