New defective lights. I have to ship to China?

I ordered a few lights from Armytek in Sept 2018 and took awhile to receive, but once delivered 2 where already defective(turbo mode will only do momentary ‘on’). Guess Sandra is no longer there in customer service so someone else told me I have to ship it to China!
Is this Armyteks new policy for new light purchase with in 30 days?

Yes that’s what Florence from AT emailed me. Perhaps I should call and talk to a real person? Maybe the email is automated...

Have you checked the battery. Some of the Turbo modes draw greatly.

Yeah I tried 3 different cells. does it require an hi drain cell perhaps?

I found out the problem. If I don’t click the button exactly in the middle it will not do a constant ON. Even if it ‘clicks’. Pressing it off to the side was the problem.

I'm now guessing it might be my protected non-high discharge battery that's the problem in turbo mode. Anyone know the longest 18350 battery that will fit in the Partner C1?

I can fit an Keeppower 18350 protected 900 mAh lithium-ion in a Prime C1 and C1 headlamp. Not sure about the Partner.

Thanks. I just ordered the 1200 mAh version today. Specs show it’s a bit fatter and longer. Hope they fit
