This arrived Sept.11 at my local Costco and contains:

10 AA, 4 AAA, and 1 BQ-CC17 Charger. The batteries are 4th generation, 2100 charge cycle, made in Japan. The AA's are marked "min 1900 mAh, the AAA's are min 750 mAh.

The charger has individual charge circuits, so any number or combination of up to four AA or AAA batteries can be charged.

It is selling for $29.99, but will be $23.99, November 28 - 30, 2014.

I have been hoping they would show up again, I saw them the first time I went to Costco but when I went to get some me they didn't have any, only those Tenergy rechargeable AA's for the solar lights. Need this membership to be good for something!

Make sure that the batterys' model numbers matche the 2100 cycle Eneloops. In the recent past, packaging has said 1800x and inside the batteries were Gen. 2 1500s.

I just checked the pinned post at the top of this forum "Overview: All eneloop batteries; 2005-2013".

These AA batteries are marked BK-3MCCA, The AAA's are marked BK4MCCA. The post seems to confirm these are 4th gen.

I noticed these at my local Costco a few weeks ago. I, too, am waiting for the expected price drop.

I doubt you saw this same pack. Panasonic had a supply problem with a part for the charger. These have been backordered since July, I believe. The last I saw at Costco was 3rd gen with a charger that required charging in pairs. This was around Feb. or March of this year. Maybe your store had some old stock left. Look at the item number in the picture. That is what you would want.

Same pack. It was not old stock because the store had been OOS for a while and older stock went on sale according to slickdeals. The pack I saw was also $29.99.

On a related note, the same BQ-CC17 charger and 4 Eneloop Pro AA's (2nd Gen) ate selling at Black's Photo in Canada for $40 normally.... but if you're at one of the stores they're closing will have 40% taken off - so it's $25 for the Eneloop Pro batteries and charger.

Not a bad deal. Not as good as 10 Eneloops, but they're Pros.

I've been hoping to find a good Eneloop pack at the local Costco ever since I ended up with a Costco cash card about a year ago. They only had a pack of previous generation cells with the crappy paired charger every time I checked, until a couple days ago I finally found this pack (for the $29.99). Item # 906576. Mixture of dark blue and light blue AA's and dark green and bright green AAA's.

I saw those coloured wrapper on Eneloops at a NY once. When I check the capacity it was 1900mAh rated. I went for others they had which were the expected 2000mAh rated in the normal white wrapper. The blister package does not mention the capacity. Marketing and there must be a reason.

Sure they didn't just say "1900mAh min" which they would if 2000mAh?
