The 4 LED light has a dimpled front lens which diffuses the light so that there is no real hot spot or any dark patches, this has been specially made for Hope.

The 2 and 4 LED use the case as a heat sink.

The great thing about these lights is that Hope are very forward thinking, as new technology becomes available you will be able to send light back to Hope and they will upgrade it for you with the latest emitters/bins etc (or you can mod it yourself of course).:twothumbs

I've only seen beam shots of these lights, the 4 LED looks to be better than the Lupine Wilma 4 and very close to the Betty 6. The spread of light is more even than these lights as well.

Below are some other photos.

Nice lights and a good price for the vision 1. They do look a bit bulky on the bars what with the battery and the light all strapped round the stem. It will be good to see some beamshots of them as well

It would be good to see comparisons because the Betty is listed as 1400 lumens or 22 watts which is quite a bit more than the Hope. The 6 or 12 versions sold only denotes runtime not a difference in brightness. The new Wilma is 830 lumens and 15 watts and comes in 4, 6 or 8 which is again runtime, this sounds pretty similar to the Hope Vision 4 to me.
