I have been off the forum for a while so I'm sorry if this allready asked here at forum. I'm off the computer atm so i make this post with my phone.

At Finland they started selling darker ikea laddas. (darker laddas, with 1 euro more price than old white one (eneloop Pro cell)

Is there any info available about this darker cell? Is it still those good Japanese maded cells and is quality worth of investing this 1 euro larger price? Is there any difference between old white cell (eneloop Pro ?Gen cell, I don't remember which gen cell that white one was) is darker one newer generation eneloop cell or not? I don't have ikea in my town so I can't go there to check which country it is made (also I don't have my driving license atm becouse of epilepsy so information about this new cell is good to have before I need to buy new cells)

Does someone has any info to give about these atm?

Almost forgot

At AAA size darker ones is only 750mAh and there is smaller capacity AA size available 1900mAh. Are those same as normal eneloops that lasts more charges than eneloop pros but doesn't have same larger capacity which are good for low drain devices like remote controls and clocks?

Yes, those are the numbers for standard capacity Eneloops.

If you need the extra capacity of the 2450s, go for it, but you'll only get 2-3 years out of them before they crap the bed.

I picked up a set today at my local IKEA store. I attached a couple of pics of them. Hopefully they help.

The fine print on the package says that the cells (at least here in Canada) are made in Mexico.

1900-AAs are CDN$4.99
2450-AAs are CDN$8.99
750-AAAs are CDN$4.99

Mexico is on the actual cell? I see on the box in my pic above it mentions Mexico as an importer or distributor, but the cells say Japan. I bought mine at a Miami, FL location.

Apologies. You are correct. The package says imported by Ikea Supply Mexico. The actual cells say Made in Japan. If you have a magnifier, it also says Made in Japan above the barcode, but it's in something like 3 or 2pt font.

Ya given they're made in Japan and have the exact same capacities, I'm going to assume they're rebranded eneloops. I have a bunch of the 1900s. They work well

Indeed. I believe they are still rebranded Eneloops.

Well the tan 1000 AA are very poor performers dying in no time and capacity dropped as well. I wouldn't waste money on them as long as quality eneloops are available.
