New Lux III AA lights?

For those of you who have an ear to the ground regarding new product announcements, are there any pending regulated Lux III based lights that run on AAs? I'm looking for a cheap-to-operate LED light and I'm wondering if I should get a SL Luxeon JR now or there are any new lights due in the next few months that are worth waiting for.

try B/S/T thread to find yourself an XM-3. The Streamlight Luxeon Jr is a Luxeon I but a solid light for the price

It's bigger and brighter than the SL Jr. Luxeon and quite inexpensive. It's only a Lux I, but a solid performer.
