I am hoping the options (mine have not shipped yet) are not involving another long wait. Honestly, I have been patient through all of this, but now I am getting rather frustrated. It’s beginning to seem like this isn’t meant to be.
Perhaps if a customer contacted Prometheus Lights and requested their light/s be shipped As Is the wait time would be lessened. Conversely, requesting the issue be rectified before shipping one's light/s will necessitate additional wait time. Probably, a long wait. They're dealing with a lot of lights. 😟
