This is a Klotzli swiss made knife. I picked it up from a man at a gun show where I have eyeballed it for probably several years. I had a Randall 18 that I got into for some good money and eventually sold it. This one has similar characteristics and I have never seen another one in person. There is some dust and grime on the back of the blade that looks like flashing but just dirty. It is quite a nice piece IMO
