New to Li-Ion RCR123's

New to Li-Ion RCR123\'s

I have a couple cells charging now as I write this note. I got my charger from BatterySpace a long with the 4 cells that came with it. What is the minimum these Li-Ion RCR123's should be discharged at? I believe these cells are unprotected. I was suprised that while I am charging up two of the 4 cells that came with the charger I took a voltage reading of the other two and got a reading of 3.8 & 3.9v fresh out of the factory.

batts are not fully charged at the factory.. it's bad for them to be fully charged as it turns out... i set my devices to shut off at 3.0V that use LiON.
