newbie Pila charger question

I just got my new pila charger and 168s battery. but it didn't come with anything saying how long to leave the battery on charge for or if there is a way to tell when it is done. so this is the questions I have.
How long do they take to charge?
How do I tell when they are charged, do the leds change colour or somthing?
