what do you mean? find out how much voltage will kill it?
the bin codes will tell you what the voltage should be. I'm not sure what you're asking.
A lux 3 will take about 3.8 Vf and 700 mA to light up

If you mean finding the vf of a lux3 without its bin, you need to measure the voltage when it draws 700mA. Pretty easy to do if you have a bench supply.
