Nichia 119 series specs?

Hi all,

I have just come across the Nichia 119-H1 warm white (http://www.ledrise.com/leds/high-power-leds/p664/nichia-nscl119-h1/), which reckons on 126lumens/watt at 350ma. This seems dramatically better than something like a warm-white XP-E which is 76 lumens/watt according to the specs. Is there really such a big difference in efficiacy? I can't find a data sheet for the Nichia anywhere to be able to confirm or deny this.

thanks,

dan.

The figures on that site don't make sense

Nichia High Power LED, NCSL119-H1, Emitter, Warm White, 170lm, 120°

262lm @ 700mA, 210lm @350mA

126lm/W@ 350ma, 101lm/W@ 700mA luminous efficiency
the later figures (262lm@700mA, etc) have presumably been copied from a page like http://www.ledrise.com/leds/high-power-leds/p663/nichia-nscw119/ where the device does claim to be 262lm in the title, rather than 170lm.

Also, the 262lm@700mA and 210lm@350mA don't even seem to square with the 126lm/W and 101lm/W figures, and don't make sense without incredible efficiency at 350mA and shockingly bad droop.

Again, best in class numbers, but where are these actually sold? (they're listed available... btw nice thermal drift)
