Nichia Datasheets - Where do you get them?

I have searched quite a bit for complete datasheets for Nichia 5mm LEDs. They don't seem to be on their US or Japanese websites (only partial datsheets available). Where can you get these?

Contact Nichia. They have probably have pdf files on all of them. I have the datasheet on the NSPW500BS and can e-mail it to you if you want.

For the white and blue LEDs: .[url]www.nexus-x.de/led.[/url] Follow 'LED katalog'. Their white and blue LEDs are Nichia's, and they have a datasheet (full details) by 'datenblatt'!
