Night Vision supplier in Hong Kong?

I know there are HK-based enthusiasts here. Please help. I am looking for reasonable quality NVGs and an IR camera set up. I am trying to catch some poachers who are illegally logging sandlewood.

Does anyone know of a good low priced night vision supplier in HK? Not an ebaly reseller, but a real bricks and mortar merchant?
