NIST develops new LED test procedure

Not sure how much color/tint difference you're going to get with a 50-degree temp change, just a wee bit less output, but as long as this speeds production of household LED lights..

So let's incorporate the variable-temp sink into a flashlight, run the sink at -80F and the batteries at 120F, and we'll finally have resistance-free nirvana.. And you'd only need a car battery to power the whole thing :p
