Nitecore 18650 3400mAh NL1834 Base Cell

does anyone know what base cell Nitecore use in their 18650s specifically the NL1834.
are they Panasonic or other Japanese's Cell,

I at a response from from Nitecore that the cells are based on Panasonic or LG.
im familiar with Panasonic but not LG Cells.
