Any body know how many kind of none Rechargeable AA?
I know one kind is "Alkaline."
A friend of my say "Heavy Duty" kind is not "Alkaline", is it true? :candle:

Heavy Duty is normally a carbon-zinc, ie "not alkaline" cell.

The three main types are carbon-zinc ("normal"), alkaline, and lithium. Note that there are a bunch of different "lithium" cell designs -- some are non-rechargeable and put out 1.5-ish volts just like an alkaline (AAs), some are non-rechargeable and put out 3-ish volts (CR123's).
