Hi, All
I don't feel like a flashlight junkie anymore after lurking in here for a hour or two. In fact when i get back to work i am going to tell the rest of the shop about this place. I work swing shift as a mechanic. Almost all on us on swing shift are Light junkies.
Anyway on to my question I have a old tekna mono-lith, with the threaded blub. Have any of you tryed the l-222 bulb upgrade?? I would like to know before i shell out 20.00 for the bulb.
Last question i know i haven't changed the batt since 1991-3 and maybe longer. Is there any way to date the batt by the # on the batt?? the numbers look like 9115(g or 6)5. I find it hard to belive that the batt is still good if it really that old. I tested it and i get 3.1 volts.
thanks jon
PS where is the best place to buy a l-222.:twothumbs
