ok, where is the L4 on Surefire web site?

Lots of SureFire products are not on their website. The L4 will appear in a few months...probably!

The L4 page will be added to the website once demand for it by dealers has decreased enough for SureFire to maintain a level of stock required to sell a product from the SureFire.com.
The new product email is likely to be the sign that SureFire have added it to the site.

When this will be we don't know.

So I incorrectly posted this topic in the general section, not knowing the L4 was a Luxeon based product.

Sounds very good and with only 2 x 123 cells and regulation seems a much better buy that the Streamlight TL3 Led.

Now if only I was in the USA.....

Don't worry too much about posting threads in the wrong forums - please don't let it stop you from contributing - we have Moderators and Admin who can move threads if needed.
