Olight Titaninum Infinitum Limited Edition Registry

I'm sorry, but I have one special version engraved by Olight. Instead of a number it shows my username. :twothumbs

In your List it has to be: redled of 200

Nope. It's not one of the "200", they're numbered "001 of 200 thru 200 of 200". But that makes yours even more rare, it's not one of a limited edition of 200, it's one of a kind!

But what I will do, is make a note of it at the top of the page in the OP where I list Mev of Light-Reviews.com's un numbered review sample.

BTW, how the heck did you get Olight to make you one with your name on it?

if i understood rainer right, his flashlight is one of the 200 lights that where built. only un-numbered.

If that were true, then there would be a number missing, and only Olight would be able to confirm this. So until further confirmation, if it's not numbered "001 of 200 thru 200 of 200", then it's not one of the "limited edition of 200 lights worldwide", as qouted by MattK in his original Infinitum sales thread at CPFMP.
great rainer ! wonderful idea. seems you have one of one
Also in your original comment, it seems you agreed! :poke:

The sample of the Olight Titanium Infinitum that was reviewed in light-reviews.com also was not numbered. I wonder how many of these were made as promotional items.

That one with no serial number is being sold here, is it part or not part of the 200 pieces?
No. It is NOT numbered, and therefore not part of "The 200".

Anyways, this is a quote from Mev's review (there is a link in the OP):
Note: This review sample is not part of the limited number of 200 pieces produced for retail. As such, it isn't serialized.
So if I get this it would be Titanium Inifinitum/200?
Again, NO! Even better, it would be "Titanium Infinitum, one of a kind!".

Serial #101 of 200 has arrived in the UK.

This is a special no. because I believe its the Final No. of the American (polished) Edition. #1-#101 :naughty:

Looks and functions great :twothumbs

Huh? How can there be a 101 since they said there were only 100 of each?

Have a look here my friend 🙂

Quoted from MattK:-

"The Infinitum took a lot of hard work to create. Because Titanium is such a hard metal Olight gave up polishing them halfway through production and switched to a bead-blasted finish for the remainder. Because of our special relationship as their first retailer and distributor in the world we were able to secure for you, our customers, the first 100 units made with the more desirable polished finish. Serial numbers 1-101 are known as the American Edition and BatteryJunction.com is the only place in the world that this version is being offered."

It's a long story but basically #88 was wanted by another distributor for personal use so we got 1-87 and 89-101 instead of 1-100.

There were a handful of personalized lights made for distributors, etc that are outside of the 200 unit serialized run. Review samples, spare parts, etc.

Thanks for the clarification Matt and for enabling us to have these gems.
The UI is so simple and effective, providing both a low low and a high high and anything in between.
In addition the ability to have forward momentary activation at any level chosen makes this a very useful and versatile light.

My pleasure. 🙂

So, do you think we should offer an Aluminum version?

Its an excellent light and I would certainly recommend it. 🙂

However I would not want to predict how well an Al. version would sell in the depressed market conditions at the moment.

I am sure that it would depend a lot on the cost, especially since the Ti version was so reasonable.
