If anyone here has an Olight Warrior 3S, with the Proximity Sensor and the 800 Lumen (High) output, I have a question please.

Is there any way to set that light up so that anytime you turn it on, it automatically goes to the High (800) lumen setting?

Thanks-Mike

I faintly remember owning a Warrior 3; do you mean to have it turn on to turbo and ignore the proximity sensor?

No. And this really has nothing to do with the "Proximity Sensor", other than the new Warrior 3S has one, and my question is about the "newer" Warrior, not the older ones that don't have a PS, and the High Mode was 600 Lumens instead of 800 for the newer model.

Nitecore and Fenix have what's generally referred to as "Memory Settings" where the light will turn on to the last brightness level used the next time you turn the light on. It remembers.

Therefore, I'm wondering if the Olight Warrior 3S has the same thing. I want that light to turn on to the "High" 800 lumen (Not Turbo) level every time I turn it on from that point forward.

The side switch has mode memory so yes you can get instant high from that switch but not the tail switch. It is either med/turbo or turbo/strobe via a "gas pedal" switch

Thank you emac 77 for your answer. Most appreciated.

Yes, you can get instant High, but not Turbo, which is the brightest level. Moon and Turbo modes are not memorized on that light.

Thank you also to "this_is_nascar" for your reply. I also have a Baton 3 Pro & Baton 3 Pro Max, and both those lights turn on to the "Medium" setting each time. Now I wonder if those can also be "Programmed" to turn on to the "High" setting each time as well.

The directions only explain how to "rotate" through the Low-Med-High settings once the light is already on. It says nothing about how to program it to "Start" on High.

On my Nitecore & Fenix lights, the light will start on whatever setting you used last as long as it was on for at least 2-3 seconds. I guess Olights are a bit different in that respect.
