One dollar hand crank lights.

Don't buy, it's no good.
It got 3 button cell LR1130, light about 5 hours.
When you squeeze it, it light on and off right away.

Looks similar to ones I got at Dollar Tree in-store for $1.25 each, but not recently. They are not the most robust but are genuine hand-powered.

It is clearly an emergency light. I have had a couple. Very dependable and only puts out light when the handle is pumped. The point is no battery to go bad or leak. Kids love to play with them. It doesn't claim to have a battery as far as I read.

Better than I thought if it has a capacitor or rechargeable battery. The video seems to show the pump action charging the battery.

I am waiting until one is sufficiently broken as to take it apart completely; could not determine if it's a small cell or super-capacitor.

With switch in the OFF position, LEDs light up while cranking and die off. In the ON
position there is light with no cranking, definitely storage.

Wow. Better than I thought. Hell of a bargain for just a little over a buck.

Just take the front cover off.

I did take it apart, found three LR1130 cells as you did. It was a bit odd that a new one stayed on continuously for a long time, more than cranking would explain. It is running the button cells down. After that, light only works when cranking, kind of limited use.

So these are a bit dodgy after all.
