Online security problem?

When I was checking my account, I have this name "Victor" with order #11339 in my order status. I have no clue what's going on and I'm very concern having my private information and credit card info exposed to some random strangers. Does it happen to anyone else? I tried to send and email to shoppe thru their site, but as I press "send", the page turns to error right away!

So shoppe can you help me to check what is going on with my account? PM me for my order number thanx

We do not have access to anyone's credit card number so you are safe there. No one can get a hold of your personal info. Victor cannot see your info, but you can see his. We are looking into the problem. Please edit your post to use first name only.
BTW, I received and answered the email last night.

Thanx for the reply and I received my package an hour ago, but instead of the MCR17XR which I originally ordered, I actually received a plastic smooth IMS17 instead. I also sent you an E-mail with photo attachments. I hope to hear from you guys soon thanx.
