opinion on the Surefire fury 500 lumen

Hi, i just ordered a Surefire Fury with 500 lumen white led. It only uses 2 cr123 batteries. So what do you guys think? Is it a good tool for self defense also?

There is a large thread regarding the Fury. So I refer you there. CPF does not promote using a flashlight as a defensive tool, as a general rule. Closing this thread.
