Opinions on clearance sale lights

I have found a dealer with a Jetbeam IIIM Warm with 33% off, its the 225 lumen model.



Now I had been looking at getting a fenix pd31 but I'm thinking...nice tint and programable output and 1/3 cheaper than a pd31.



Any opinions ? (appart from buy them both 🙂 ) I mean slightly older does not mean bad, right!
