I have an outdoor LED floodlight fixture that has started flashing (not flickering) steadily, about twice per second. A bit of Googling suggests that the driver is the problem, but I'm having trouble finding a replacement that matches the specs printed on the original (apparently, the driver and complete unit are no longer available).
I found a driver that comes pretty close, https://lightingsupply.com/products/sunlite-98280-su?variant=46654025171225, but at $33 shipped, it's a bit spendy.
But my question is really, how exact do the specs have to be, specifically the output current? My original driver shows 700mA output, the replacement I'm considering only outputs 650mA. Is that close enough?
Original

Input Voltage: AC120V,60Hz
Input Current: 0.4A MAX
Output Voltage: 28-40V DC
Output Current: 700mA
Replacement Candidate
