P~M6-led tail switch failure

After only a few days the tail switch has failed on my M6...it won`t lock into the on position. Started acting up yesterday...and now is complete. I can`t get it to lock on at all...so no way to use it as a twist on/off. It always felt sad...no positive "click" to it.

Any one else have this trouble yet?

I've had my PM6 LED for about three weeks now and it sees use almost daily - so far no problems.

I asked customer service if I could buy a tail piece for the regular M6...feeling that may be more dependable. They said the threads were differant and it wouldn`t work /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif Is this true?
