Hi! Im building a DIY LED light with a P7 (DX sku.12721),a 2.8A Driver (5-mode), CPU heatsink, etc. My question is, when the LED is functioning at max, can the solder melt and make the wires separate from the LED? The LED will be attached to a CPU heatsing, but nonetheless, wouldnt the temperatures rise high enough to melt the solder? Thanks.
BTW, which solder wire should I use for LED soldering?
