So if I'm reading this right, AR (anti reflective) glass blocked less light than UCL (ultra clear glass). Is the AR thinner or perhaps the 6P still had its Pyrex lens instead or is UCL just not that clear?

No it's probably because the higher reading was produced by AW IMR 18650 cells which are going to have a LOT less voltage sag then a regular Li-ion 17670, and even more so as time goes on.

I put the P90 module back into SF 9P, since I took the Malkoff M60 out of it into another project -- didn't like P90 at all.

The runtime is ridiculous, I think about 30-40 mins and the lumens are constantly declining. The tint is a horrible yellow. I used AW 2x18500 and they went from fully charged at 4.2V to 3.8V in no time at all.

My favorate of the 2 is the P91 w/ 2 18650's. With 2 AW 18650's and 2600mAh the light should last 40ish minutes before it goes out due to the protection built in to the black AW cells. I notice the P91 is appears white vs. the P90 appears yellowish.
