Peak's phone disconnected?????

I just tried to call Peak's toll free number to check on an order and I got a message saying it is disconnected. Did someone not pay their bill?

They answered the FAX line (I mean a person did), but I didn't ask about the toll free line.

We are switching phone service providers, they promised me that there would be no interruptions...guess they lied.

Everything should be switched over and back working by Monday, at least it better be for their sakes.

Thanks or replying quickly with an explanation Robyn -- it makes all the difference in the world to us consumers. Too bad more companies don't realize how important such timely communication to the supplier and customer base is.
