Pelican M7 ???

Anybody have a Pelican M7 rechargable? Are they any good. The price seems right.

I own a Pelican M7 rechargeable... one word description... unimpressive. The 'xenon laser spot' that Pelican touted is just that; a bright pencil thin beam with a very weak larger circle. It is somewhat useful as a short distance light, but not really suited for distance or area use. Pluses for the light is the tailcap switch, and the fact that the rechargeable battery pack is interchangeable with alkaline AA's. IMHO, you should probably shoot for a SL Polystinger, which is just a few dollars more.
