I found a PentagonLight eX2 Xenon Flashlight for $30. It is suppose to put out 65 Lumens. Can it be upgraded? Would it be worth upgrading or should I just spend the extra money on Fenix or something else?

I encountered the same issue shortly after getting my PentagonLights X3 model. Trying to upgrade it proved to be very disappointing. The lights have zero aftermarket support.

Surefire is what you buy if you want to experiment with a variety of upgrades. Or you could get a Fenix light that's brighter than the eX2, right from the factory.

I have an X3 on my list of mods to do. It's in pieces on my desk as I type this. I removed the bulb from the reflector already and I *think* that reflector might work pretty good with a Seoul P4. It looks nice. It is 30mm in diameter, and has a MOP surface.

I plan on getting one of those new upgraded Seoul's from Fred, an SOB1000 for it, and run it off 3 AW RCR123's.
