Regretfully....I have a conflict and cannot come this time. A slight chance this will change. Flashlight...take my name off the list and my friend too.

I need two volunteers to take over my usual jobs:

(1) Bring name tags and a marker. Then bug everyone to wear the tags! How about M16a? Walmart has 50 packets.

(2) Take the night group photo. Someone remember to bring a tripod. I know several members can easily do this.

Borrow several HID lights from Lasercrazy..or someone else. THen set up and practice a few timed shots. Get a helper with a pen and notebook. Take a second set of shots of any FIRST TIME attendees. THe hardest part is getting everyone to stop and come outside!

It would be good if someone would post they will do this.

Next time I am at a Wal-mart, I'll take a look. However, I often don't arrive til after 3, and it would be better if someone who gets to the event much earlier brings them so everyone isn't 100% confused about each person they see...
