APS is chipping in $8 towards every 8pk of Energy Saving bulbs at the Costco Store at Bethany Home and 15th Avenue Phoenix, Arizona. Since it's Arizona Power Supplier (APS) I'm sure the deal ends at Arizona State lines however if you have APS as your power company the deal might be happening at your local Costco as well.
