Phone unlocking- Small business ideas

Does anybody have any information on phone unlocking hardware?
I would like to buy some hardware and maybe start a small business.
Or if anybody has any ideas on starting a small business I would be glad to listen to ideas. I have 1000 dollars to spend and need ideas.

edit.. Please don't respond and tell me phone unlocking is illegal as I have already read the laws pertaning to my state for this.
