Yes, pretty cool.
Although it is best used as backup light or casual keychain light. Use the ARC AAA on your keychain if you are going to use it a lot.
If you run it continuously like a flashlight you use a lot, the brightness will drop off quickly whereas the ARC AAA will put out pretty much even brightness for the whole time the battery lasts (5 hrs+) and then switch into "moon" mode.
