Pila 3.7V Bulb & Pila Batt

Anyone use the 3.7V Pila bulb 80 lumens in their M2 , G2 etc? I would like to know about its run time with pila's, brightness, beam quality etc?

Also your recommendation for the Pila charger, the AC version or the DC version?
My feeling goes to the DC as it more flexible in use (charging in car, while in Power down etc).

Hi oren,
I have the 3.7V LA and Pila 168S in a G2. It is a really great combo! I get around 45 minutes runtime. The beam is really nice and it's ROUND! I like it better than the G2's stock P60 or even P61 LA's. I have the AC charger because it works better for me. The Pila's charge very fast and hold their charge a long time. It's a really neat set-up and I highly recommend it!

I just received my Pila 3.7 and am using it in my G2Z. The reflector seems to be a little more "textured" when compared with the P60 and P61. In my swapping of the lamp assemblies, the Pila 3.7 seems to have a "softer" hotspot and less throw. I prefer to use the P61, but of course it is brighter.

Of course, with the 3.7, I don't have to replace my 123s /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
My 160s in the light is freshly charged.

Have it in my G2Z and I have Each charger /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif The PILA beam is a bit wider than the SF beam and seems to have a bit less throw. It is brighter and has a bigger sidespill. I like the PILA a lot.
