It's safe to say if you are looking for a USA made 18650 lights, you are not going be able to beat Surefire secondary market price. Malkoff comes in close but even for M61HOT, you are looking at $200 for head and 18650 body direct from Malkoff.

If you have any SF 6P head and tailcap, get one of the Fivemega bodies here and put your own Malkoff module in it. You'll likely be at around $100 range.

If your truck is on their property when flashlight was stolen, their legal dept will be happy to pay you the cost of replacement
