when charging my 14.4v 1500mah battery pack....i put the neg- and the pos+ charging wires at the wrong end....im using a tenergy smart charger and blew the fuse....would i have blowin the battery too? i charged the battery and there is no power from mag623.

It depends on how fast the fuse opened.
Give the pack, wiring and connections a thorough visual inspection for heat related damage (cell swelling/material venting, melted or burned wiring).
Check battery pack output voltage, is it normal?
Is your Tenergy charger now working normally?
If the battery was charged while installed in your mag623, check it also.
If all that is good check your bulb and mag switch.
