Power 12V LED light ribbon from 14.4V battery?

Hey folks,

I have some strips of the high CRI light ribbons from Yuji: http://store.yujiintl.com/products/high-cri-led-ribbon-5630-smd-60-led-m-90-95-cri

I am looking to power these 12V ribbons with a 14.4V battery (I have a bunch of Anton-Bauer video batteries).

What is the most affordable way to drive these ribbons? Any suggestions on how to effeciently drop the voltage down to 12V?
