I sent my Surge in to replace the switch because it got really loose. I sent it on 2/12/03 and after that, ive emailed them twice with no return email. I email them on the 19th (exactly 1 week) and again on the 26th and got this reply.

Sorry, but I am out of the office attending a trade show until Feb. 25th. Please forward urgent email to:[mailto:[email protected]]

That was on the 26th. I was wondering if anyone else had any problems with them in the past? Before I sent it in, he answered all my email's in a timely manner (within 24 hours). Ive heard this is a very good company that takes care of their customers. I have the Surge, Attitude, and Aurora from them.
 
Ok, he finally emailed me back and asked me for my address so he can send me a new Surge.
 
I once sent email inquiring about buying spare batt comp end caps for my Vortec and got no reply.

Less than 1 week later I received 4 new end caps in the mail...Cool! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
 
Well, they finally sent me a new PT Surge. I sent in a black body, they send me a NIB yellow one. I dont whether to return it or keep it. I know have 3 bulbs (bought an extra one last time), 2 bezels, , 2 battery holders, and 2 lanyards. This is my first non black flashlight.

They now have these little foam pieces that go behind the battery inserts to make it it a tighter fit. Its also harder for you to insert and take out batteries. I had to get something to pry it out.
